The Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) is the replacement for the Oncology Care Model (OCM).
While CMS and CMMI have kept much about the models the same, they have applied their learnings from OCM to attempt to reduce care costs in EOM. We’ve outlined the changes between the two models.
